Who we are looking for:
The Marketing Manager will coordinate, design, and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns. This position is posted for our Richmond office, but F&R will consider applications from those who would prefer to work out of a different F&R office as well.
What you’ll be doing:
 Including but not limited to:
  • Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and clients, demand for services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Works with the Vice President for Marketing & Business Development to develop creative and graphic media portfolio.
  • Conducts market research and forecasting to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of services.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market.
  • Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
  • Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
  • Responsible for overseeing the daily workflow and output of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Upholds F&R mission statement and Core Values in all aspects of work
  • Other duties as assigned
 
What you need to have:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field required. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
  • Ability to develop marketing strategic concepts into designed materials
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple assignments
  • Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell services.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Must be willing to participate in and pass F&R’s pre-employment screening including a background investigation, drug screening and driving record
