Associate Talent Acquisition Partner

What You'll Do: 

The Talent Acquisition team plays a key part in our overall continued growth and success. Our Recruiters are true business partners and are charged with finding, attracting, and hiring top talent into all parts of the company against a high bar for performance, potential, and culture fit. 

As Associate Talent Partner, you will be a foundational member to the Recruiting team who will support the recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. You will deliver results by having quick-turnaround times with internal and external communications, exceeding time-to-fill metrics, and delivering on a positive best-in-class candidate experience.

  • Support the full recruiting cycle by scheduling interviews, ATS administration, managing job boards, providing communication related to new hire orientation to candidates, etc.
  • Ensure a positive, well-rounded candidate experience by partnering with Recruiters on candidate follow up via phone, email and text message communication
  • Own Intern program/University relations and entry level hiring 
  • Collaborate with the Recruiters to support Billtrust’s aggressive hiring goals and quick timelines, including sourcing of candidates for critical roles
  • Participate in projects enhancing the recruiting process, employment branding, and candidate experience
  • Communicate new hire orientation details with candidates and internal partners as well as participate in new hire orientation sessions as needed
  • Research and make recommendations on job postings in the ATS and on external job boards
  • Research, plan, coordinate, and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, community partnerships, training programs and hiring events as need


What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced tech environment with 1+ years of corporate experience preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in recruiting, psychology, human resources, sales
  • Self-motivation and accountability to take initiative and capitalize on opportunities in an ever-changing environment
  • An acute eye for detail and excellent ability to multitask
  • A sense of urgency to deliver results for the business while working as part of a team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Target Base Compensation: $50,000 - $67,000

Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for Colorado-based hires only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. Billtrust intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience and location.
