Business Development Representative, LoopNet

As a Business Development Representative for LoopNet, you will consult with owners, investors and brokerage firms to drive revenue through a consultative sales approach. You will have daily contact with prospects and existing clients to promote the value of our platform, the power of our scale and reach, and its robust analytical and reporting capabilities. A successful Sales Associate is goal-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion to serve clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Educate clients on the value of LoopNet through virtual demonstrations
  • Overcome prospect objections
  • Make and field a high volume of sales calls
  • Hit monthly revenue goals through closing deals

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0-2 years of sales experience or account management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • High energy, a strong desire to achieve top results, and a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company
