Mandatory Skills :
Infotainment Domain Experience, 5+ years of management experience.
Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership and guidance to engineers executing both manual and
automated test activities within assigned projects.
· Interface with client while performing the testing of hardware
and software.
· Work to ensure assigned testing tasks are completed on time.
· Ensure status and communication reports are detailed, comprehensive, and accurate.
· Exhibit excellent customer service and customer satisfaction capabilities.
· Work with peers, leads and remote teams to ensure successful execution of test activities.
Qualifications:
· BS in Computer Science / Engineering Desired, MS preferred.
· 10+ years of experience in testing. 5+ should be in managing the team.
· Should have expertise in Automotive and Infotainment testing.
· Should be able to lead a team of 10 to 15 people.
· Should have good exposure to Automated and manual testing.
· Should have good English & communication abilities.
· Should have good Microsoft Office skills – Excel, PPT.
· Should have planning & tracking experience (MSP preferred).
· Agile Scrum / KANBAN preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge of Android Platform and Android Applications.
· Expertise in Android test and debug tools.
· Automation experience.
Programming experience.
