Charity Services Coordinator

We are a small non-profit organization that helps individuals and corporations with philanthropic programs. We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to work in our HQ office to assist with management of charitable organizations, donors, and program/ funding management.

Responsibilities of the Charity Services Coordinator:
  • Answer phone calls
  • Collect and sort mail
  • Monitor general email inboxes and address questions 
  • Maintain our existing brand and communicate with consistency across products to a variety of stakeholders
  • Maintain client and customer database –input client data, then maintain targeted database
  • Build and maintain customer segmented lists
  • Onboarding clients with account setup and welcome walkthroughs via video conferences
  • Fundraising platform client onboarding, setup, and continuous support
  • Support data collection and data management activities
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations, including the development of slides, tables, charts, and figures
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, conference calls, and webinars
  • Reach out to charitable organizations or donors requesting information
  • Compile and maintain records on client accounts
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements of the Charity Services Coordinator:
  • A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • Computer skills – must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat DC, and conducting research using search engines
  • Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate or nonprofit organization
  • A professional and friendly demeanor
  • Patience
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
