Charity Services Coordinator

We are a small non-profit organization that helps individuals and corporations with philanthropic programs. We are looking for a Client Services Coordinator to work in our HQ office to assist with management of charitable organizations, donors, and program/ funding management.
Responsibilities of the Charity Services Coordinator:
- Answer phone calls
- Collect and sort mail
- Monitor general email inboxes and address questions
- Maintain our existing brand and communicate with consistency across products to a variety of stakeholders
- Maintain client and customer database –input client data, then maintain targeted database
- Build and maintain customer segmented lists
- Onboarding clients with account setup and welcome walkthroughs via video conferences
- Fundraising platform client onboarding, setup, and continuous support
- Support data collection and data management activities
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations, including the development of slides, tables, charts, and figures
- Assist with scheduling meetings, conference calls, and webinars
- Reach out to charitable organizations or donors requesting information
- Compile and maintain records on client accounts
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements of the Charity Services Coordinator:
- A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Computer skills – must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat DC, and conducting research using search engines
- Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate or nonprofit organization
- A professional and friendly demeanor
- Patience
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
