Logistics Dispute Intern

We currently have an opportunity to join our growing team as a Logistics Dispute Intern. As a member of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) department and reporting to Process Improvement Manager, the Dispute Intern will be coordinate with the Compliance Analyst to manage Hisense’s logistics related deduction disputes for customer compliance penalties with retail customers including Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon, Target, and Lowe’s.    

Key responsibilities include: 
  • Working with internal teams to collect and maintain supporting documents and own disputing processes to minimalize customer penalties resulting from shortage and logistics compliance failures 
  • Reporting progress to Order -To-Delivery (OTD) Team and Finance Team on a routine basis 
  • Creating and maintaining customers' logistics compliance program up to date 
 
Requirements:  
  • Major in business, logistics, supply chain management, finance, operations, or related field  
  • High degree of analytical ability; intermediate Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Strong attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
