Associate Recruiter

Your role will be full life cycle recruiter for our Charlotte, NC team. They support enterprise technology clients nationally. With a focus on Sourcing contract and contract to hire talent within in Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Technology, and other professional skill sets.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·        Conduct thorough sourcing campaigns to identify qualified candidate profiles through Boolean internet strings, various job boards, social media outlets, and active networking within talent communities
·        Screen incoming resumes and interview potential candidates to review resume in depth and provide guidance around job search and career goals
·        Format resumes to meet internal brand standards and store all candidate files in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
·        Input and update candidate profile and contact information in ATS
·        Format active job descriptions to meet internal brand standards and post to website
·        Submit candidate resumes and professional bios to Account Manager for client consideration
·        Schedule interviews and provide responsive feedback and closure for candidates in process.
·        Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates not currently on assignment
·        Additional duties as assigned
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
·        Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
·        1-3 years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
·        Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
·        Ability to establish personal credibility and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
·        Familiarity with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
·        Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively
·        Ability to operate in a deadline driven environment and adapt to changes in procedures, policies and practices
·        Ability to work well in an open team environment and with local and remote colleagues
