One Year Nurse Residency Program (First Cohort begins August 9th)
For newly graduated BSN students
Role compared to Medical Residency Program

Grow knowledge and skills through didactic, simulation and significant work experience
Program based on CCEN Standards & Accreditation
Work alongside expert colleagues and preceptors
Focused and Diverse Clinical Tracks based on interest of Nurse Resident
Rotations in non-patient care environments
No commitment beyond the 1-year Residency Program Required

Qualifications:
New Graduate BSN
Must be licensed by July 31, 2021
Can apply prior to taking the NCLEX
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 from nursing program
U.S. Citizen
Commit to completing the 1-year RN Residency Program
