Equity Residential’s property management summer intern program is a full-time, 10 week paid internship beginning in June 2021, designed for those looking to gain broad exposure to the multi-family real estate industry. Interns are selected to work at our properties, learning about the day to day operations of a multi-family REIT for the length of the program.
