Loan Processor Trainee

Our Mortgage Banking Loan Processor Training Program is a full-time paid training program and is a unique and specialized training and development program to prepare candidates for a rewarding career in the mortgage industry. The training will provide you with a greater understanding of the overall residential mortgage loan process, which could lead to a full-time Loan Processor position.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:
  • Training consists of a combination of classroom, mentor-ship, job shadowing and on the job.
  • Learn about the mortgage application process and various loan products.
  • Our unique program provides employees with knowledgeable and dedicated support.
  • Hands on and instructor-guided mortgage systems and applications training.
  • Acquire knowledge of mortgage laws and regulations.
What you'll bring:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced yet detail-oriented environment
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work with multiple computer systems
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES FOR TRAINEE PROGRAM APPLICANTS:
  • Previous experience in financial and/or mortgage industry is preferred.
  • Prefer experience in a corporate office setting or other applicable experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills a plus.
