Program Coordinator and Receptionist

YOUR IMPACT

As a member of the National Partner team at BBB National Programs, you will be the keeper of all things happening within the team and provide administrative support. You will be the go-to for first line CRM users within the organization and will conduct CRM training for new hires as they join the organization. You will also serve as the first point of contact for visitors in our McLean office.  

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·        Perform data entry and data quality audits in the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)

·        Run weekly reports from the CRM to aid the Membership team

·        Identify new contacts to add to the CRM and properly categorize new contacts

·        Record meeting minutes for Membership Committee meetings

·        Other administrative duties as required

·        Greet and welcome visitors to our offices

·        Answer the main phone line and direct calls appropriately

·        Greet guests who come to the office with hospitality

·        Sign for deliveries and coordinate with appropriate staff the disposition of each delivery

·        Ensure that the reception area is welcoming and kept clean and sanitized as necessary

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING


Must have:

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

·        2-3 years relevant experience in an office environment

·        CRM experience

·        Excellent attention to detail

·        Strong problem-solving skills

·        Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

·        Technical aptitude

·        Strong relevant Office 365 skills

Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and the willingness to take initiative

Appropriate presence and poise in communicating with members at varying professional levels, both in-person and over the phone
