Information Technology Business Process Analyst

The IT Infrastructure Services Support Intern will be responsible for assisting the ITISS Manager with business process review, analysis, documentation, gathering stakeholder feedback, and coordinating meetings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Observe and understand current business processes
  • Identify stakeholders in the process
  • Work with stakeholders to document the current process
  • Create process maps, standards of operations, policies, and procedure documents
  • Solicit feedback from stakeholders
  • Offer suggestion on process improvements
  • Present process and report progress of efforts to the ITISS Manager and stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Must have education or knowledge of IT, Procurement, and Operational Procedures
  • Knowledge of ITIL Preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint is desired
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Visio, and Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
