Physical Therapist- Part-Time-Temporary position summary 
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide clinical physical therapy evaluation and treatment for program participants, on acute, restorative or maintenance levels as needed by Day Center, Nursing Home or in-home setting. This is a temporary three month part-time position.

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program. 
  • Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience working with a frail or elderly population. 
  • CPR certification and First-aid Certification may be required.
  • Experience in a long-term care facility or with a community-based geriatric program preferred.
