NSPiRED Lifestyle Arts & Entertainment Alliance (iLAEA) www.iLAEA.com Position: Internship Location: US, Atlanta, GA, Abroad, & Virtual Type: Part-time Paid & Non-Paid Overview: iLAEA is a global music, media, arts, and entertainment professional association that primarily supports independent urban artists and professionals while focusing on expanding the market reach and potential of the emerging urban gospel/inspirational entertainment. Responsibilities: Duties will vary depending on department, division, or partner. Interns may be responsible for developing strategy, marketing, branding, digital media plans; special projects; social media integration; database/website maintenance; creating, editing, and distributing content; creating, editing, updating graphic imaging; sending out promotional messages/mailings; conducting online and physical research projects; answering phones, writing reports, proofreading, and general administrative functions, such as filing, faxing, copying and distribution. We are currently looking for interns in the following areas: A&R Administration Artist and Repertoire Branding Content Creation Creative Group Digital Marketing Digital Graphics Finance Human Resources International Marketing Membership Management Music Licensing Mobile Marketing New Formats Promotion Production Publicity Research & Development Sales/ Retail Marketing Social Media Marketing Strategic Planning TV/ Film/ Soundtracks Urban Marketing Video Production Camera Operator Film/Video Editors Technical Support Personnel Graphic Design Business And Legal Affairs* (*Must be enrolled in Law School)Qualifications: All candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university. Candidates should display strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as demonstrate ingenuity and an eagerness to learn. Candidates must also possess excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop, etc. preferred) and strong organizational skills. An interest in the media, music, and entertainment business or professional association management is strongly preferred. Students will be asked to intern at least fifteen hours a week but we will try our best to work around student’s schedules. Students must provide a letter from their college or university confirming that they will receive school credit. Most of our internships are for credit only.Digital/Retail Intern Job Description The retail department is seeking students with strong skills and interest in digital and physical retailing for internships. Ideal candidates are those studying Business Administration, Retail Management, Business Intelligence, E-Commerce, Digital Business, Computer Science, or other related fields with the following qualifications: • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong research, technical and analytical skills, and excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office programs • Strong project management skills and ability to bridge between business and technology • Proactive, energetic attitude with a passion for e-commerce, retail, sport and fashion • Affinity with e-commerce platforms and applications and understanding of their business models • Eagerness to be an active part of the team, and ability to take ownership • Academic, volunteering, or previous internship experiences related to Retail, E-Commerce, Technology, Project Management or Business Development are a plus (please include in your CV) • A global mindset and ideally a passion for urban inspirational lifestyle, content, and music • Should possess a strong desire to develop a connected experience (or series of connected experiences) that allows consumers to understand each step in the shopping process giving them complete control over their journey and their destination.
