Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering customer inquiries through phone and email and conducting outbound calls to existing clients as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining a high degree of professionalism and positive attitude while assisting each inquiry.

Job Duties:
  • Manage the customer service queue
  • Document activities performed on customers’ accounts using CRM tool
  • Troubleshoot inbound phone calls from customers regarding account issues
  • Identify and solve customer issues by differentiating between important and unimportant details
  • Provide first line support for technical troubleshooting
  • Make outbound calls to select customers to update information and stimulate usage
  • Cross-train with other member of the operations team

Job Qualifications:
  • College coursework required (Associate’s or similar); completed Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience in a high call volume environment strongly preferred
  • Experience with SalesForce or other CRM strongly preferred
  • Solution-oriented, team player, and strong time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and quick learner
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership potential and work autonomously
