Coordinator, Peer to Peer Digital Marketing Team

Summary
The Coordinator, Peer to Peer Digital Marketing Team will support the overall fundraising and partnership goals of the team, engaging digital influencers across platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Tiktok, etc. in fundraising, engagement and awareness activities. You’ll be part of a team managing Facebook fundraisers and digital platforms such as 3rd party crowdfunding sites, innovative fundraising solutions and supporting digital partnerships, and will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of innovative digital fundraising with a focus on the millennial and gamer audiences.
 
What You’ll Be Doing (Essential Duties)
  • Assist in managing fundraising sites, including reporting, monitoring activity, and engaging fundraisers 25%
  • Assist in researching new fundraising opportunities and partnerships in the digital peer to peer space, evaluating potential partnerships and partners. 25%
  • Assist in the creation of pitch decks and fundraising guides 25%
  • Assist on cross department activates, projects and campaigns 25%

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent, plus at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to execute multiple tasks and priorities in a high volume environment, with outstanding internal and external customer service delivery
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Professional proficiency in MS Office Suite,
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate successfully with individuals and teams at all levels

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Communications, P2P, Digital Fundraising, influencer management, etc.
  • Ability to utilize Adobe products, Discord, OBS
