Summer Communication Design Consultant

As the newly named Disruptive Solution Design Team with the new Evernorth Innovation Lab, this role will shape our teams’ brand and visual identity through your designs.

Responsibilities:

·     Redesign the Disruptive Solution Design team pitch deck.

·     Create a Design Thinking workbook that provides reusable tools and templates.

·     Design a menu of services cut-sheet to assist in explaining how to work with the team.

·     Ad hoc projects that require creative communication design elements.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·     Undergraduate degree or equivalent in visual, communication, or graphic design

·.    Pursuing a graduate degree with a focus in design, communications, or graphic design.

·     Previous internship experience in marketing, communications, or product development is preferred.

·     Understanding of and experience with Design Thinking.

·     A drive for delivering results coupled with project management skills.

·     Analytical ability and innovative thinking / growth mindset capability.

·     Emerging leadership skills demonstrated through student organizations, academic projects, or community involvement.

·     Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·     Self-starter / strong personal work ethic with little guidance and direction
