Marketing Coordinator

The Keri Shull Team is looking to bring on board a Marketing Coordinator! We are looking for a driven, high-energy, and outgoing young professional to fulfill our current Marketing admin tasks for our very busy brokerage. This role reports to the Marketing Director.

Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily Lead Gen workflows for Marketing department
  • Assist and update Marketing materials for the growing Marketing team
  • Provide assistance to Copywriters with daily workflow responsibilities
  • Research subject matter, competitors, industry and target audience
  • Research articles and information related to the subject matter to include in web articles
  • Work with the agents to identify and understand high-level messaging and strategy
  • Monitoring and managing marketing emails to coordinate responses
Required skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations
  • 0-1 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Real Estate
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and project management skills
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills are a must (this ranges from conversational copy to more journalist writing)
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Drive
  • Experience using WordPress, MailChimp, and Adobe - other marketing services are a plus
  • Ability to take direction from multiple people and determine project priorities
  • Ability to accept criticism and direction positively
  • Passionate about Real Estate
  • Team player, but willing to take ownership when necessary
  • Ability to contribute to marketing ideas and planning
