We assist clients with growth, acquisition and project financings, refinancings and recapitalizations, strategic partnerships and joint ventures, lender negotiations and sell-side lender education processes. As a Senior Associate on the Debt side of the Capital Advisory team, you will:
  • Lead day-to-day execution of debt transactions, including preparing and reviewing marketing documents and financial models, determining lender lists, managing marketing and due diligence processes and analyzing financing alternatives
  • Assist senior bankers in business development efforts with prospective corporate and PE clients
  • Cultivate and optimize relationships with financing providers
  • Oversee and develop junior Capital Advisory team members

What we look for:
  • Superior intellect, demonstrated leadership ability, attention to detail, ability to work in teams and a commitment to excellence
  • Credit experience including the proven ability to lead the day-to-day execution of all aspects of leveraged financings across multiple transaction types (LBOs, recapitalizations, refinancings, add-on acquisitions and special situations)
  • Significant investment banking and deal execution experience
  • Candidates must also display excellent client relationship skills and an ability to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Prior leveraged finance, debt advisory, direct lending, restructuring or M&A experience required
  • At least 5 years of prior experience
