Clinical Program Director Opportunity

Gulf Coast Treatment Center is an intensive inpatient psychiatric program for adolescent females, ages 12-18 old. Since 1996, we have been dedicated to providing quality mental health treatment to adolescent females with chronic mental health needs nationwide. Gulf Coast Treatment Center provides comprehensive mental healthcare and education services for at risk female adolescents, families and our community. 

We are looking to hire a Clinical Program Director. This is a full time, salaried position at Gulf Coast Treatment Center in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The Clinical Program Director oversees, monitors, and improves the continuum of care from admission through discharge placement. Directs the review of patients’ admissions and length of stay relevant to ‘level of care’ criteria of appropriateness and duration of stay. Develops and administers a comprehensive system of residential social services, education and adjunctive therapy services that provide effective therapy/case management, education/psycho-education services, and adjunctive therapy services. Ensures compliance with standards and regulations. Assists in establishing standards of practice. Delivers effective clinical and fiscal management.  Achieves optimal patient outcomes and reimbursement.

Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related field.  
  • Active Florida State license as LCSW, LMHC, or Psychologist required.
