Key Functions:
- Perform small group and individual therapy based on student needs
- Identify, screen, and evaluate students to determine eligibility and frequency of service
- Daily documentation of services and outcomes, management of caseloads, services and scheduling
- Collaborate and consult with professionals, providers, and teachers
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or higher in Physical Therapy
- State licensure or ability to obtain licensure
- Completion of all graduate coursework and clinical placements
- Pass the National Physical Therapy Examination
