Channel Marketing Intern: Bilingual Spanish/English, Immediate Start - End of Year

The Channel Marketing organization is seeking a talented Bilingual student for an immediate need that will run through the remainder of 2021.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to support Americas trade marketing strategy and execution for the Americas
  • Works both independently and cross-functionally to ensure retailer.com product content, imagery, and promotional content is kept current and properly maintained
  • Daily monitoring of top ten ecommerce sites as well as competitor sites, report out weekly on account grades based on Compliance Process
  • Coordinates and uploads content retail.com site and iRobot.com, helps to manage promotional material
  • Provide support on digital merchandising and help optimize website to drive conversions
  • Become an iRobot brand and product expert on features and language to effectively make changes when needed
  • Monitor central product hub (salsify) for accuracy across all product lines as messaging and imagery changes
  • Manage sample shipments for sales and marketing team
  • Monitor display inventory file and alert group when we are running low of certain items triggering a re-order
  • Gather data from various sources to measure online marketing/promotion success and supply site analytics and sales/program successes based on metrics set at the onset of campaigns
  • Other duties and responsibilities as needed/assigned

Desired Skills, Abilities, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Working toward BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work well independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  • Must be a strong team player with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining acute attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of website merchandising and building great customer experiences
  • General understanding of common eCommerce KPIs, target setting, and external benchmarks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
