Site Administrators are responsible for students’ educational programs, staff development, building maintenance and teacher housing. The pay schedule is $107,652 - $129,571 (12 step scale) dependent on school size and experience/longevity. Included is excellent medical, dental and vision coverage. Also each year is a roundtrip ticket from Anchorage to the school site and subsidized housing.
