Intensive In Home Counselor

ATI is dedicated to helping individuals and families experience healing in their lives and relationships with others. In order to achieve this goal, we have combined the latest research within the fields of psychology including trauma theory, attachment theory, neuroscience and affect regulation and we combine this training with applied clinical practice.
ATI utilizes a three-fold approach to healing:
(1) Advanced trauma training for all providers
(2) Accountability and commitment to providing quality In Home and Mental Health Skill-Building
(3) Service interventions that support healing from past traumatic events.
ATI is currently accepting resumes for self-motivated, hard-working QMHP-C Intensive In-home providers/QMHP-A Mental Health Skill Building Provider who desire to work with adults, children and families to experience healing in their lives and relationships so past painful experiences do not turn into life-long problems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* The QMHP-C/A will be skilled at providing trauma informed interventions to adults, children and families in their homes to facilitate their healing.
* The QMHP-C/A will be proficient in creating trauma informed treatment goals and completing required paperwork in a timely manner.
* The QMHP-C/A will be able to assess needs and connect the adult, child and family to appropriate community services.
* The QMHP-C/A will be capable of helping families/clients identify, develop, and strengthen natural supports.
* The QMHP-C/A will possess the ability to connect with referral sources and develop a collaborative working relationship with other professionals.
* The QMHP-C/A will provide crises intervention services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
