International Market Research Intern: Cross-Border M&A Deals (Remote workers allowed)

REMOTE WORK International Marketing Research Internship: Cross-Border M&A Deals
Degree: any business or liberal arts related degree program.
Duties: manage data searches for M&A prospects, buyers and sellers. Write marketing reports on industry sectors. Follow up on email campaigns to discuss interest in M&A transactions with prospects. Will meet virtually with clients, watch and help prepare for M&A deal negotiations. Will assist partners in document preparation and review in connection with M&A deals. Will be involved in learning about international business transactions. Prepare slides PPT and materials for webinars, register for same. Should have good communication skills, knowledge of email programs, google sheets, Excel spreadsheets, Linkedin, ,will learn to use Snovio and Constant Contant for campaign. Will run Snovio and Linked-in Sales Navigator and Constant Content campaigns. May interview prospects. will work with international team based in Richmond, Charleston, NYC, Paris. See our website for team locations and bios at www.transatlanticpartners.org. Will also work with existing VCU student employee who can cross-train.

ideally: 5-`10 hours per week. flexible hours. all work is remote. lots of Zoom. This is an unpaid internship that can be used to fulfill requirements for degree (CPT) or to meet requirements of OPT F-1 in terms of being employed in the field designated by the DSO. 
Candidates in cover letter should specify hours they can work per week, (nightime or daytime, weekends or during the week). I am flexible as to student schedules. CPT or OPT students should explain how this job can help them maintain status or fulfill requirements of CPT or OPT and I can increase hours to meet those programs' requirements. CPT or OPT candidates can include DS2019 or other immigration forms for my review so I can see how I can make the internship fit DHS and USCIS requirements.
