Experience Lab at Penn - Spring 2022 Programs (In-Person or Remote)

Welcome to Experience Lab at Penn — a rigorous, community-oriented program that bridges your transition from college to career.We’ve built a post-college program that teaches skills in trending jobs such as Digital Marketing, Strategic Data and AI, and Business Development, then places you in a fast-growing start-up for 3-6 months. You'll get paid a monthly stipend of at least $2,300 during the program. And thanks to our host company partners, you will not pay tuition and earn a certificate of completion from the University of Pennsylvania School of Liberal Professional Studies (Penn LPS) after finishing the program.

Here’s how Experience Lab at Penn works:

The first half of the program is designed to build technical skills while also developing a better sense of the mindsets and abilities you need to launch your career. The second half of the curriculum is focused on helping you gain real work experience by working full-time with a global startup for 3-6 months. Upon completing the program, our community of instructors and companies works with each fellow to navigate their next career step.
