A structured three-year rotation scheme, direct departmental training, and a customized development plan to help trainees broaden their business perspective, accelerate their growth, and become future leaders.

• Graduation Period: Jan 2026–Jun 2027
• Work Location: Shanghai (work location may change during rotations)

The programme offers an 18-month structured development plan incorporating the 3E learning model (Experience, Exposure, Education), enabling trainees to accelerate their growth through hands-on R&D experience and advanced platforms and advance their professional development.

The Operations Management Trainee Programme is a global programme designed to develop future talent locally. Through 2 years of cross-functional and cross-project experience, trainees build business skills and leadership capabilities across manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and other areas, combining a global perspective with local expertise to grow into future business leaders.

• Required Major: Pharmacy, chemistry, microbiology, or related disciplines; interdisciplinary backgrounds in digitalization, automation, or industrial engineering are preferred
• Graduation Period: Jan 2026–Jun 2027
• Starting Location: Quality Department, Wuxi Supply Site
• Final Placement: Asia Pacific Quality (Wuxi/Taizhou/Qingdao/Shanghai)

• Required Major: Pharmacy, chemistry, biology, manufacturing engineering, mechatronics, food engineering, supply chain, digitalization, automation, mathematics, mathematical modelling, or other disciplines related to smart pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Graduation Period: Jan 2026–Jun 2027
• Starting Locations: Wuxi Supply Site, Taizhou Supply Site
• Final Placement: Wuxi Supply Site, Taizhou Supply Site
