Fashion Operations & Fulfillment Associate

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM | Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay: $17–$20/hour, based on experience

Start Date: December 1, 2026

About the Role

AFLALO is a new luxury women’s fashion brand led by the founder of Reformation. We’re opening our Miami location and looking for a detail-oriented, organized person to join our team and help manage day-to-day ecommerce fulfillment and inventory operations.

This is a hands-on role that touches multiple parts of the business, including ecommerce orders, inventory, returns, product organization, and customer-service coordination. Because you’ll be joining a small team at an early stage, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn how a growing fashion brand operates behind the scenes and help shape our Miami operation from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and ship ecommerce orders accurately and on time
  • Ensure every order meets AFLALO’s presentation and packaging standards
  • Receive, organize, and maintain incoming fashion inventory, including hanging garments
  • Process returns and ensure merchandise is properly inspected, presented, and restocked
  • Help maintain accurate inventory counts and product locations
  • Work closely with Customer Service on order questions, special requests, and returns
  • Help keep inventory and the workspace organized and running smoothly
  • Assist with other ecommerce and operations projects as the business grows

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Interested in fashion, ecommerce, retail, or operations
  • Thoughtful and careful, with a strong eye for presentation
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities
  • Comfortable learning new technology and inventory systems
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a small team
  • Previous fashion, retail, ecommerce, or inventory experience is helpful, but not required
  • Comfortable with the physical aspects of receiving and organizing inventory when needed
