About Master Your Emotions

Master Your Emotions (MYE) is a growing behavioral health group practice providing counseling and mental health services to individuals and couples. Our clinicians support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, stress, life transitions, crisis-related concerns, and other emotional and behavioral health needs.

As MYE expands into Delaware, we are seeking emerging counseling professionals who are interested in developing their clinical skills within a supportive group-practice environment while working toward independent licensure.

The Opportunity

MYE is seeking Licensed Associate Counselors of Mental Health (LACMH) or master's-level counseling graduates who are eligible to obtain Delaware LACMH licensure.

A central component of this opportunity is access to clinical supervision and professional development while working toward independent LPCMH licensure in Delaware. This position is especially appropriate for early-career clinicians looking for an opportunity to gain supervised clinical experience while building their professional identity and counseling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services within the clinician's scope of practice and level of licensure.
• Complete clinical documentation in accordance with MYE policies and professional standards.
• Participate in scheduled clinical supervision.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with MYE clinicians and leadership as appropriate.
• Participate in professional development and case consultation.
• Provide telehealth services to Delaware clients as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a related field that meets applicable Delaware licensing requirements.
• Current Delaware LACMH credential or eligibility to obtain LACMH licensure.
• Interest in completing supervised clinical experience toward LPCMH licensure.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, client-centered care.
• Ability to provide services through telehealth.
• Recent graduates and early-career clinicians are encouraged to apply.
