Young Women Into Finance - Training & Internship Opportunity - 2027 Cohort

A scholarship program that stems from a goal to improve gender equality in the finance sector. Young Women Into Finance is a 4-year program designed to encourage more bright, young women that ordinarily wouldn't have access or resources to enter finance to consider it as a career path. Throughout the course of this free, 4-year program you will receive the following:
 

• a senior mentor in the finance sector that will be available to meet with you for regular one-on-one meetings throughout the entire program to help with everything from general questions about finance as a career path to providing helpful coaching and references for internships and full-time jobs
• Enrollment in a CISI course and coaching resources to become fully certified in corporate finance by the time you graduate college
• Internship introductions - we will provide introductions to internship opportunities at banks and investment funds during your sophomore and junior years of college
• Upon completion of the program, the goal is you will have a full-time job offer from a financial institution to begin your career in finance - we will continue to support you every step of the way
