Head Cleaner 

 

Integral Management Company is seeking a dependable, self-motivated, and energetic Custodian to work across multiple residential and commercial properties.

 

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance
  • Ability to travel to multiple properties daily
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions

 

Responsibilities

  • Clean vacant apartments, offices, hallways, laundry rooms, and common areas
  • Vacuum, mop, clean bathrooms, windows, appliances, fixtures, and other surfaces
  • Maintain curb appeal by picking up trash, sweeping, and assisting with lawn care
  • Assist with painting, landscaping, salting sidewalks, and general property maintenance
  • Maintain cleaning and maintenance equipment
  • Complete other duties and projects as needed
