Administrative Intern

About Us:
At The Center, we believe creativity is one of the most important human capacities we have. It is how we imagine what could be, ask better questions, solve problems, adapt to change, and create what comes next. And unlike many of the qualities we take for granted, creativity can be developed.

We’re building the first institution dedicated to doing exactly that: helping people discover, grow, and share their creativity through spaces, partnerships, and programs designed to ignite and support it.

Our work begins with children and young people, because creativity develops early and the world they will enter is changing faster than ever. But our vision is lifelong. We believe creativity belongs to everyone, from kids and teens to professionals, leaders, and late bloomers, and can be applied to every area of life and work. We use creative experiences to build the curiosity, critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and confidence people need to navigate an increasingly complex world.

And we’re building it from the ground up.

Today, we are piloting programs, proving our model, and laying the foundation for a permanent campus in South Florida. Tomorrow, we aim to create a model that can be shared with communities across the country. South Florida is where The Center begins, not where the vision ends.

That makes this an unusual place to work. There is no playbook. We are creating one.

We’re looking for curious, capable people who are energized by big ideas, comfortable building in the unknown, and ready to bring their own creativity to the work. Whatever your role, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape an institution designed to change how people think about creativity, and what it can make possible.
