Behavior Bee Solutions is seeking compassionate, energetic, and dependable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team serving children and families throughout Morris and Sussex Counties, NJ.

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to help them develop communication, social, behavioral, and everyday life skills. You’ll work under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and see firsthand the difference your work can make in a child’s life.

No RBT certification? That’s okay. We welcome motivated candidates who are new to ABA and provide paid training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in the role.

What You’ll Do

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

Collect and record data on client progress

Collaborate with BCBAs and families

Create a positive, encouraging environment for each child

Who We’re Looking For

This is an excellent opportunity for college students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals, particularly those studying or interested in:

Psychology

Education or Special Education

Behavioral Science

Social Work

Child Development

Human Services

Speech, Occupational Therapy, or related fields

Previous experience working with children is a plus, but ABA experience is not required for BT candidates.
