We are looking for a Behavioral Health Provider! 

POSITION SUMMARY The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) provides clinical social work services to patients and their families within the clinic setting. Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients of all ages, including diagnosing and treating mental and emotional disorders, including addictive disorders. Provides counseling, and uses evidence-based treatments, therapy and/or psychotherapy to patients in individual and group settings (this may include interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic therapy). The LCSW, LMFT, or LPC assist with patient care via coordination of mental health and social services, psychotherapy and provision of support and coaching. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required: National Provider Identifier, master’s degree in mental health related field with licensure. Current Oregon license: LPC, LFMT, or LCSW 

Preferred: Two years relevant post-master’s experience; acute care experience 

Cert: LCSW/LPC/LMFT
