Business Systems Analyst (SCM System Support) Bi-lingual Korean/English

Position Summary

Supports SCM systems by communicating with business users and HQ in Korea, and reviewing SCM-related data in NERP/Web Systems with fundamental knowledge of SCM processes, database structure, and system interfaces. Acts as first point of contact for SCM system inquiries and ensures data integrity between SCM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues by analyzing Forecast, Allocation, and Channel Data (Sell-Out, Inventory)
  • Attend meetings with business users; communicate requirements to HQ dev team in Korea
  • Validate new SCM features/functionality; train users; maintain data interfaces

Requirements

  • Bi-lingual Korean/English
  • Able to analyze SCM processes/data and system interfaces; strong analytical skills
  • 5+ years functional SCM experience (Forecasting, RTF, Allocation) a plus
  • BS/BA or higher in information management-related field

Special Skills

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated; bilingual (Korean) required
  • Gen AI tool experience (Claude Chat, Cowork) a plus
  • Able to multi-task under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
