Salary: $120,000 - $160,000

This position will support clients on Pacific Time and will need to work associated hours.

Position Overview

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – eDiscovery to serve as the client-facing lead for sophisticated eDiscovery engagements.

This position will have significant responsibility for supporting large and global law firm clients whose attorneys and litigation support professionals bring deep discovery experience and high expectations for precision, responsiveness, and defensibility.

The ideal candidate is an experienced eDiscovery project manager who can both prescribe technical solutions across the discovery lifecycle and engage credibly with sophisticated legal professionals.

A legal background is particularly valuable. The Senior Project Manager will regularly work with attorneys and litigation support teams that expect their project lead to understand both the technology and the legal context in which it is being applied.




Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact and dedicated project lead for sophisticated law firm clients, providing high-touch service throughout each engagement.

Manage the full eDiscovery lifecycle across the EDRM, from collection and processing through review support and production.

Consult with legal teams regarding litigation, investigation, and regulatory requirements and recommend defensible technical solutions and workflows within RelativityOne.

Anticipate client needs and proactively communicate strategy, risks, timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs.

Translate legal requirements and ESI protocols into precise, executable project plans.
Delegate tasks and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.

Manage project budgets, benchmarks, timelines, and key performance metrics.

Maintain rigorous quality-control and defensibility standards across client deliverables.

Stay current on eDiscovery best practices, RelativityOne functionality, TAR, AI, and emerging legal technology, and identify opportunities to incorporate appropriate technologies into client workflows.




Skills & Competencies

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the professional presence to engage senior attorneys and litigation support leaders.

Strong understanding of legal concepts involved in discovery, including privilege, relevance, ESI protocols, and production requirements.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple complex and high-visibility matters simultaneously.

Client-first approach with the confidence, discretion, and professionalism required to support sophisticated legal teams.

Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and workflows in a fast-paced environment.




Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of eDiscovery project management experience within a service provider, law firm, or corporate legal environment.

Demonstrated experience working directly with sophisticated clients and stakeholders, preferably including large or international law firms.

At least 3 years of administrator-level Relativity experience.

Bachelor's degree.

Working understanding of Technology Assisted Review (TAR) and/or AI principles.




Preferred Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) or other legal degree strongly preferred, although equivalent substantive experience supporting litigation teams will be considered.

Experience managing eDiscovery matters for large, global, or Am Law 100/200 law firm clients.

Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Relativity Expert, or Relativity Master certification.

8+ years of eDiscovery project management experience.

5+ years of administrator-level Relativity experience.

Strong knowledge of TAR, analytics, AI-assisted review, and related advanced eDiscovery workflows.
