Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Clinical Focus

No direct 1:1 therapy hours required

Attainable bonus structure for billable hours over 24

Small caseload of 6-10 clients

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary: starting at $85,000 more depending on experience

$1,000 annually for CEU’s, licensure and conferences

PTO + paid holidays

Your Day-to-Day

You’ll spend your time doing what matters most: supporting clients, families and your team.

Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians

Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)

Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

Provide parent training and clinical guidance

Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes

Foster a positive, inclusive, collaborative clinic environment

Maintain ethical excellence and culturally responsive practice 

 

 

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification

Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB. 

Experience with ABA assessments (VB, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS)

Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills

Ability to support children in a clinic environment and support clients physically when needed.

Commitment to cultural humility, compassion and ethical excellence

Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
