We are seeking energetic, dependable, and professional childcare providers to join our growing Event Childcare Team.
Position Overview
Event Childcare Professionals provide engaging, safe, and structured childcare during weddings, conferences, corporate functions, nonprofit events, retreats, and community programs.
This is an ideal opportunity for college students, aspiring educators, nursing students, childcare professionals, and individuals seeking flexible part-time work that makes a meaningful impact.
Assignments may vary in size from caring for a small group of children at a wedding to supporting large-scale childcare programs serving multiple families.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children in a safe and engaging environment
- Lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities
- Assist with snack and meal supervision when applicable
- Support secure child check-in and check-out procedures
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for children and families
- Follow established safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with fellow childcare professionals and event leads
- Maintain professionalism while representing Babysitting Logistics

Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 2 years of childcare experience
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening and required clearances
- Strong professional references
Preferred
- Pediatric CPR and First Aid Certification
- Experience with group childcare settings
- Education, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Child Development, Occupational Therapy, or related coursework
- Experience leading activities for multiple children
