JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE: Junior Data Analyst/ Junior ERP System Administrator (Sales Order, Shipment and Pricing) (Onsite Work)

REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY: Managing Director and Senior Management Team
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: The Data Analyst played a key irreplaceable role in the transformation of our company to a data-driven decision and evaluation organization. The Roles of Data Analyst primarily serve as a source of data to assist the director in the setting up of Internal Control Systems, Forecasting Models and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in various departments and most importantly, the implementation of the ERP System (MS Business Central and Extensions)

At Urban Leaf, we specialize in processing of fresh produce in large quantities and selling it to manufactures, caterers, and distributors. This position is ideal for graduates who wants to gain valuable hands-on experience learning/ applying the fundamental skills in collecting and organizing data, rectifying data, trends and patterns, visualizing findings and analyzing data, trends for data driven decision in real business world. On Job training is provided and fresh graduate from College is welcome.

• Responsible for the data capture, data verification and data migration to the New ERP system
• Responsible for New Item setup in the ERP System
• Responsible to set up sales in customers' platform
• Responsible for the design, customization, refine and maintenances of Power BI Reports in the ERP System
• Responsible for the data interflow between the ERP system and Legacy system (like QB and Timeclock)
• Define, identify and extra relevant that are the key indicators for monitoring/ evaluation and; apply the corresponding data/ mathematical model(s) in different Control systems
• Learn and using basic AL and Visual Studio Code to create/ refine simple report/program/ extension in the ERP system regarding to the specific needs of the company
• Collect and Organize - Extracting, formatting and cleaning data for weekly/monthly analysis
• Rectifying all data, trends and patterns output
• Visualize - Present findings to various departments in meetings for continuous improvements
• Analyze - Provide the data, trends and data-driven recommendations for senior management meeting to make valid decisions on operation decisions, investment decision and performance evaluation.
• Provide accurate and error free data/ trends/ patterns to the senior management team
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Fresh graduate major in Data Science, Computer studies, Accounting is preferred but not a must)

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in either English
• Ability and interest in increasing knowledge in Data field
• Medium or High level of Excel Skills is preferred

PHYSICAL & LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to reach, bend and walk.
• Ability to comprehend complex materials.
• Ability to speak and write English clearly and accurately.
• Cantonese/ Mandarin speaking is a plus.
