About the Role

We are seeking a talented and hands-on Environmental Signage Installation Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a professional with experience in wide format printing, graphic application, signage production, and on-site installation. The successful candidate will help bring branded environments to life through coordinating the design, production and installation of high-quality visual communications, architectural graphics, wayfinding systems, and environmental branding projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production and installation of environmental signage, wall murals, window graphics, and related materials.
• Have a working knowledge of wide format print and finishing equipment.
• Have proficiency with production-ready files.
• Experience in the application of vinyl graphics to various surfaces, including walls, windows, vehicles, and specialty substrates.
• Perform site surveys, measurements, production coordination and installation planning.
• Take full lifecycle ownership of project oversight and ensure that projects meet quality standards, brand specifications, and installation requirements.
• Assist as needed with transport and installation of graphics and signage at client locations.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and production staff to ensure successful project execution.
• Troubleshoot production and installation challenges in the field.
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures during production and installation process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental signage installation, signage, wide format printing, or a related field.
• Operational knowledge of wide format print equipment and finishing tools.
• Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of rigid signage and vinyl application techniques as well as commercial signage installation using various substrates.
• Ability to read & interpret schematics, installation diagrams, and production specifications.
• Must possess strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, lifts, and installation equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with environmental signage, corporate interiors, educational facilities, or healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of ADA signage standards and wayfinding systems.
• Certification in lift operation or OSHA safety training a plus.
• Strong background of client facing Project Management
