Part-Time Swim Instructor

SwimRight Academy is looking for energetic, responsible, and positive people to join our team as Swim Instructors.

You do not need previous swim-teaching experience. We provide structured, hands-on training through the SwimRight Method and will teach you how to confidently lead lessons and help children become safer and stronger swimmers.

We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with children, bring positive energy, and want a part-time job where their work makes a difference.

What You'll Do

Teach children swimming and water-safety skills using the SwimRight Method

Lead fun, structured, and active swim lessons

Encourage students and help them progress through different swimming levels

Communicate professionally with parents and team members

Maintain a safe and positive learning environment

Participate in ongoing training and instructor development

You May Be a Great Fit If You:

Love working with children

Are energetic, friendly, and comfortable communicating with people

Are confident in the water and have basic swimming ability

Are dependable and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule

Enjoy sports, coaching, teaching, or working as part of a team

Are open to feedback and excited to learn

Previous experience as a swimmer, lifeguard, camp counselor, coach, teacher, babysitter, or working with children is a plus — but not required.

Schedule

We are primarily looking for instructors who can work weekday afternoons/evenings and/or weekends.
