Summer Camp Worship Leader

We are looking for applicants ages 16-24 who are Christ-Centered, Relationally Focused, and Incredibly Fun! All of our staff come ready for a life-changing summer where they are challenged in new ways, growing spiritually, and investing in campers for the sake of the Gospel.

Worship is woven into the heartbeat of Camp Carl. As a Worship Leader, you’ll help create opportunities for campers and staff to encounter God through music, Scripture, and authentic praise. Whether you’re leading hundreds of campers during an evening chapel or guiding summer staff in worship during training, you’ll help point hearts toward Jesus in meaningful ways.

Our Worship Leaders organize and lead worship teams, prepare for camp-wide worship services, and confidently operate sound equipment to ensure each gathering runs smoothly. We’re looking for someone with experience leading worship, a heart for ministry, and a desire to continue growing as a musician, leader, and servant. If you’re passionate about using your gifts to help others worship Jesus, we’d love to have you help shape the spiritual atmosphere of Camp Carl all summer long.

College Credit & Internships - It is possible to work at camp AND receive college credit. If you have an applicable field of study and would like to make your summer position into an internship, contact us once you apply, and we can discuss the possibility of an internship.

Camp Carl's summer is broken into 4-week Terms. Summer Staff can choose to work either 4, 5, or 9 weeks by selecting the term(s) they wish to work. If you choose to work 9 weeks, you will be entitled to one week of unpaid vacation.
