We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Lab Tech II to support the production of life-saving antibody products for in vitro diagnostics. This on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a dedicated laboratory technician eager to utilize standard operating procedures and advanced equipment in an FDA-regulated facility.
Responsibilities
- Safely execute filling, labeling, kit assembly, and packaging of antibody products according to daily production plans.
- Operate standard laboratory equipment, including repeater pipettes, liquid pump dispensers, auto-cappers, and Laminar Flow Workstations using aseptic techniques.
- Accurately collect and record production data on batch records while adhering to strict cGMP, FDA, and ISO 13485 standards.
- Utilize SAP and advanced Excel spreadsheets to manage inventory, verify Bills of Material, and execute daily ERP transactions.
- Participate in production failure investigations, quality deviations, and continuous improvement (6S) programs.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 1 year of production or manufacturing experience.
- Hands-on experience operating SAP, SAP NEXT, or equivalent ERP systems.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic metric calculations.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
- Proven experience with aseptic techniques, pipetting, and liquid handling.
- Background working within a GMP, FDA QSR, or ISO 13485 regulated biotechnology environment.
