What You Will Do
• Support day-to-day cash management, including monitoring bank balances, preparing cash position reports, tracking short-term lending activity, and coordinating transfers with financial institutions across a multi‑entity structure of legal entities, trusts, and individuals.
• Maintain accurate financial records across the general ledger, including recording and coding transactions and organizing supporting documentation.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, including bank reconciliations, under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist with private investment cash flow activities, including tracking capital call notices, logging distributions, and helping coordinate inter‑entity funding.
• Utilize accounting and treasury systems to accurately record transactions and support day‑to-day reporting, while promoting technology to drive efficiency and accuracy in recurring processes.
• Respond to routine inquiries from family members and advisors, and provide general administrative support to the accounting and investment teams as needed.
What We Are Looking For
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in all work.
• Curiosity around technology and process improvement, with a foundational understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel, AI tools, and comfort with accounting software; experience with Archway is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.
• Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights.
• Collaborative and professional, with discretion in handling confidential information.

• 0-2 years of accounting or finance experience; internship experience welcome. Family office or wealth management exposure is a plus, but not required.
• Candidates with more or less experience may be considered based on qualifications.
