Client Vacation Planning Associate - Remote
Do you enjoy researching destinations, comparing options, organizing details, and helping others turn ideas into actual plans?
We are looking for motivated individuals interested in developing skills in travel planning, client service, hospitality, and reservations. As a Client Vacation Planning Associate, you will help clients research and coordinate personalized vacations and experiences based on their interests, preferences, and budgets.
This remote opportunity is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable learning independently, and wants hands-on experience in the travel and hospitality industry.
What You'll Do
- Learn about clients' vacation goals, preferences, and priorities
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, accommodations, activities, and transportation options
- Compare available options and help clients narrow down their choices
- Assist with reservations and trip details
- Communicate important information, confirmations, and deadlines
- Provide support before and leading up to travel
- Stay current on destinations, suppliers, and industry updates
- Participate in training and ongoing professional development
- Develop client service, communication, organization, and planning skills

Bais Requirements:

Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training, resources, and ongoing mentorship are provided.
Experience or education in hospitality, tourism, communications, business, marketing, customer service, event planning, education, or related areas can be helpful but is not required.
