Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team on a part-time basis (minimum 2 days / ~16 hours per week). This role offers direct 1-on-1 patient care with opportunities to transition into a full-time position within 3 to 6 months as our caseload expands.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1-on-1, evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments for complex neurological conditions.

Manage patient plans of care with a strong emphasis on functional recovery, wellness, and fitness integration.

Collaborate closely with occupational and speech therapists to deliver comprehensive interdisciplinary care.

Participate actively in ongoing clinical mentorship and professional growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Florida.

New Graduates: Must have completed at least one clinical rotation focused in neurological rehabilitation.

Experienced PTs: Prior clinical experience in outpatient or inpatient neuro rehabilitation preferred.

Onboarding & Mentorship Structure

New Graduates: Includes 1 week of clinical shadowing followed by 1 week at 50% salary during initial patient integration. Ongoing clinical mentorship continues throughout employment.

Experienced Therapists: Includes 1 week of clinical shadowing (full pay option based on prior experience).

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $45.00 – $65.00 per hour (non-benefited, dependent on experience and expertise).

Schedule: Part-time (~16 hours/week minimum across 2 days).

Path to Full-Time: Opportunities for full-time employment available within 3–6 months.
