Campus Marketing Intern

About Vybes

Vybes is a social media platform for singles, built on the idea that dating is better with friends. Members add friends into the app, and scroll a TikTok-style feed where friends post short videos introducing singles they know. Beyond the app, Vybes Villa is our flagship reality dating series, with a new season currently in development with a major entertainment partner.

The Role

We're offering a structured, mentorship-led social media marketing internship for undergraduates. Each intern manages a dedicated, school-specific Vybes Instagram and TikTok account (for example, @vybes_asu at Arizona State University), creating and posting short-form content built around a defined set of Vybes content formats, under direct founder mentorship. This is an in-person role: filming happens on and around campus, including at student parties and events, though planning and editing can be done flexibly around class schedules. The program runs as a 3-month unpaid trial, with strong performers moving to a paid monthly retainer for up to a further 9 months (up to one year total).

Responsibilities

Film, edit, and post Instagram Reels and TikToks for your school's Vybes account, built around three founder-defined content formats: Date My Mate (a matchmaking format where you introduce or vouch for a friend as a great match), Party and event interviews (street-style interviews with students at campus parties and events), and Party matchmaking (asking someone at a party who they find most attractive there, then introducing them to gauge mutual interest and attempt an on-camera match). Grow and manage your school's account, reviewing performance with the founders. Maintain a personal TikTok documenting your experience as a Vybes intern.

What You Get

A paid monthly retainer for any period beyond the initial trial. Merch and basic filming equipment, including a Vybes-branded microphone kit that works with your iPhone. Direct mentorship and support from the founders. A written reference on completion. Up to a year of verifiable, CV-ready marketing experience. A realistic, merit-based path to a paid graduate role. Standout interns get the chance to join us on set for Vybes Villa Season 2, hosting on-camera exit interviews with eliminated cast members, and earning a distinct "Executive Assistant to the Producers" production credit.

Eligibility

Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, business, or closely related undergraduate degree, or with demonstrated interest or experience in social media content creation. Able to commit to agreed hours for the full trial period, including in-person time on campus for content shoots. Comfortable approaching and interviewing other students on camera, including in social settings such as parties and events.
