Creative Development Specialist
About Seattle Advertising
We're a boutique social media and creative marketing agency helping brands and apps grow through smart content, influencer partnerships, and hands-on strategy.
We're small, move fast, and everyone on the team works close to the client, not buried behind the scenes.
About the Role
We're looking for a Creative Development Specialist to help power two sides of our business: social media growth for our brand clients, and go-to-market execution for the apps we work with. You'll build relationships with influencers and content creators, run outreach campaigns, help coordinate shoot days, and be a key point of contact for some of our app clients as they launch and grow.
This role is equal parts relationship-building, organization, and creative problem-solving. If you're the kind of person who finds a way to make something happen instead of stalling out when the obvious path doesn't work, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do
- Identify and build relationships with influencers and UGC creators for client campaigns
- Support and sometimes run PR and beta-tester outreach for app launches
- Help coordinate and show up for content shoot days with clients and creators
- Be a go-to point of contact for clients on the projects you own, keeping communication clear, fast, and friendly
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and other contractors to keep projects on schedule
- Handle creator payments and outreach logistics with attention to detail
- Bring fresh ideas when the usual approach isn't landing, whether that's a new way to find creators, a new outreach angle, or a better way to keep a project on track
What We're Looking For
- A natural relationship-builder who's comfortable reaching out to strangers, cold or warm
- Sharp written communicator, someone who can make a message clear and specific instead of vague
- Organized and self-directed: you keep track of a lot of moving pieces without things slipping
- Resourceful. When one approach doesn't work, you find another
- Comfortable with ambiguity and making judgment calls, while knowing when to loop someone in
- Bonus: experience with influencer marketing, PR, community building, content production, or working with early-stage apps or startups
Why Seattle Advertising
- Real client ownership from day one, not busywork
- Exposure to both social media marketing and startup/app go-to-market strategy
- A small team where your ideas actually get used
- Room to grow into more responsibility as you prove yourself
Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you.
