Caregiver/CNA/HHA - Per Diem
Paragon Private Care provides premium concierge home care to families across MetroWest Massachusetts and the Greater Boston area. We're hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one companion and personal care in clients' homes. You'll be the trusted, friendly presence that helps older adults live safely and with dignity in the place they love most — home.
This is a per diem (as-needed) position. Shifts are offered case by case based on client need — there are no guaranteed hours.
Responsibilities
- Companionship and supervision
- Personal care — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Safety monitoring and fall prevention
- Communication with family about general well-being
What We're Looking For
- CNA or HHA certification preferred, but not required for qualified caregivers
- Prior caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or personal) preferred
- Reliable, professional, punctual
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with elderly clients; dementia experience a plus
