About the Role
We are looking for Master’s degree candidates in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Networking, Cybersecurity, or related fields to support basic network and IT equipment activities.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience with networking, IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Help install and configure network equipment.
- Support routers, switches, Wi-Fi equipment, and other IT devices.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
- Assist with network cabling and equipment setup.
- Perform basic network testing and diagnostics.
- Maintain equipment records and technical documentation.
- Work with IT and network professionals to resolve issues.
- Follow company security and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or currently pursuing a Master’s degree in a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of networking and TCP/IP.
- Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, VLANs, or Wi-Fi is a plus.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work hands-on.
